ADVANCED CHORUS (1 credit)

731 - Grade: 11, 12 Duration: Year Prerequisite: Must have taken Chorus 1 or Chorus 2

 

The Advanced Chorus is of mixed male and female voices in grades 11 and 12. The music performed by this group will be of a more challenging nature, singing a wide variety of music such as classical, show tunes, popular, spirituals, etc. The Advanced group is required to perform in scheduled school and community performances as well as participation in state competitions. Auditions with teacher approval are required to qualify for advanced chorus.
